Part Time Monday 9:50 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday 8:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday 8:50 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. About Precision Eye Care Precision Eye Care has proudly served the Waconia community since 2012. Led by Dr. Heather Tuttle, our practice provides comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care using advanced diagnostic technology and high-quality vision products. We are committed to improving our patients' quality of life through personalized care and exceptional service. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time optician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients look and see their best while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that best meet their visual needs, lifestyle, and budget Educate patients on lens options, coatings, materials, and eyewear products Accurately measure pupillary distance, segment height, and other optical measurements Order and verify prescription eyewear and contact lenses Adjust, repair, and fit eyeglasses to ensure comfort and proper vision Troubleshoot and resolve eyewear concerns and warranty issues Verify vision insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Maintain optical inventory and assist with merchandising and frame displays Process optical orders and maintain accurate patient records Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to provide excellent patient care and support efficient office operations Qualifications No experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
