Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear based on their prescription and style preferences
  • Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear
  • Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to meet their visual needs
  • Process orders for eyewear, including verifying insurance coverage and handling vision billing
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer prescriptions and orders
  • Collaborate with optometrists to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire eyewear selection process
Qualifications:
(Not Required, we can train as needed)
  • Previous experience in a retail or medical setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of RevolutionEHR
  • Familiarity with medical billing processes and insurance coverage for eyewear
  • Understanding of aseptic technique for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dispensing area
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
