About the Role As an Eyewear Advisor , you will work one-on-one with clients to help them discover eyewear that fits their personality, lifestyle, and personal style. This position is about much more than selling glasses. It is about building relationships, understanding people, providing exceptional service, and creating an experience that makes clients want to return. We can teach you eyewear, lenses, measurements, fittings, and adjustments. What we are looking for first is someone who is friendly, outgoing, dependable, polished, curious, and genuinely enjoys helping people . What You'll Do Welcome clients and create a warm, personalized boutique experience Help clients select eyewear that complements their face, personality, lifestyle, and style Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients Learn about premium eyewear, lenses, optical measurements, fittings, and adjustments Assist clients throughout the entire eyewear experience, from frame selection through final fitting Maintain knowledge of our luxury and independent eyewear collections Assist with merchandising and maintaining a beautiful, organized boutique environment Work closely with our opticians, doctors, optical labs, and internal team Deliver the personal service and attention to detail that have defined the Erker family for five generations What We're Looking For A great personality and genuine love of working with people Friendly, outgoing, confident, and approachable Strong communication and relationship-building skills An interest in fashion, design, eyewear, or luxury retail Professional and polished while still being warm and personable Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Motivated to learn and develop new skills Comfortable working one-on-one with clients Retail, hospitality, fashion, luxury, or customer service experience is a plus Optical experience is a plus, but absolutely not required Someone interested in building a career and growing with our company Why Erker's?
