What You'll Do Be a Frame Guru Help patients find the one — the frame that fits their face, personality, lifestyle, and prescription. You'll make eyewear shopping fun rather than overwhelming. Become a Lens Expert Guide patients through lens options and explain them in a way that actually makes sense. From single vision and progressives to premium anti-reflective treatments and specialty lenses, you'll help patients understand what they're buying and why it matters. Master the Perfect Fit Take accurate measurements, perform adjustments and repairs, troubleshoot eyewear issues, and make sure every pair leaves fitting and looking exactly the way it should. Create an Amazing Patient Experience Bring compassion, positivity and respect to every interaction. We want our patients to feel welcomed, heard and genuinely cared for — whether they're picking out their first pair of glasses or need help fixing a pair they've worn for years.
