CEENTA is seeking a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable Optician to deliver high‑quality, compassionate optical services to our patients. In this role, you will assist patients in selecting eyewear, ensure accurate order processing, verify prescriptions, and support the daily operations of our optical dispensary. What You Will Do
- Greet and assist all patients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Utilize Point of Sale and EMR systems to accurately enter and manage patient eyewear orders.
- Educate patients on frames, lens materials, coating options, and specialty products.
- Verify prescriptions and measurements.
- Operate optical equipment such as lensometers and pupilometers.
- Troubleshoot eyewear concerns and perform adjustments.
- Oversee optical dispensary operations including vendor relations and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming optical space. A Typical Day You'll welcome patients, guide them through eyewear selection, verify prescriptions, adjust and dispense eyewear, document orders, manage vendor communication, and troubleshoot concerns. Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; extended hours as needed.
- May require travel to other optical locations.
