RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties May Include:

Guide patients through frame and lens styling based on prescription, facial features, lifestyle, and personal preferences Confidently recommend premium eyewear solutions that enhance both vision and appearance Deliver a polished, boutique-style patient experience from selection through order completion Perform adjustments, repairs, dispensing, and follow-up on eyewear orders Maintain visually appealing frame displays and ensure boards remain clean and fully stocked Stay informed on current promotions, product offerings, and individual/team sales goals Communicate proactively with patients regarding order readiness and balances Collaborate with optical team members to support a seamless and positive workflow

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/ Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and styling consultation skills Comfortable making recommendations and guiding purchase decisions Positive, confident presence with high personal energy Ability to stay organized and engaged in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Experience in optical sales, premium retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or other relationship-focused sales roles is strongly preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus.
