In this vital role, you will assist with patient examinations, prepare patients for their eye exams, and provide personalized optical solutions. Responsibilities Conduct Optical tasks including lens measurements, frame adjustments, and verifying optical prescriptions using laboratory experience and anatomy knowledge. Educate patients on eyewear options, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Prepare patients for eye examinations by performing preliminary tests such as measuring vital signs and collecting medical history. Assist optometrists during eye exams by managing equipment and documenting findings accurately within electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Experience Prior experience is highly preferred., however we are willing and able to train the right candidate.
Pay:
$13.00 - $20.00 per hour
