OPTICAL ASSISTANT JOB DESCROPTION

Our mission is changing lives through health and sight! We are seeking to hire a thoughtful, caring person who not only believes that, but lives it as well. Previous eye care or optical experience is preferred but not a must- We will provide on-site training. Additional certifications available and encouraged. We may have the job for you! We are looking to fill this position with someone that brings out the best in our patients! With a friendly, outgoing personality who is goal driven and eager to learn! This is a full time optician serving our patients with respect and delivering excellent customer service. The job will require you to be on your feet most of the day, phone & email correspondence, expert frame styling, lens types and treatments, technical measurements, minor frame repairs, issue resolution and applying insurance benefits.

Job type:

Full time. About 8-9 hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Our goal is to hire the right person for this job who will join us trying to wow our patients, one friendly conversation at a time.

Salary:

Starting at $15.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, uniform allowance
