The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients in selecting eyewear, fitting and adjusting glasses, and ensuring optimal vision care. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to provide an outstanding experience for our clients. Duties Assist patients in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their prescriptions and personal style preferences. Perform fittings and adjustments of eyeglasses to ensure proper alignment and comfort. Maintain accurate patient records, including prescriptions and eyewear orders. Educate patients on proper eyewear care, lens options, and vision health. Manage inventory of eyewear products, ensuring that the display is organized and appealing. Process orders through laboratory systems while adhering to quality standards. Handle medical billing processes as necessary, ensuring accuracy in patient accounts. Qualifications Previous experience as Optician. Familiarity with medical billing, coding and record management is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
