The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Responsibilities Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on their prescription and lifestyle. Take accurate optical measurements. Adjust, fit, and repair eyewear. Verify prescription and process eyewear orders. Explain lens options, coatings, and products. Verify vision insurance benefits, and submit claims. Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Previous experience as an Optician is required, Strong knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and optical measurements. Experience with vision insurance plans, authorization and submitting claims. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
