This is a senior-level contributor role (not management) focused on elevated patient experience, strong sales performance, and technical excellence in eyewear. What You'll Do Provide high-level frame styling and eyewear consultations Educate patients on premium lens options and upgrades Support department goals (capture rate, second pair, etc...) Perform accurate measurements and adjustments Troubleshoot lens issues and reduce remakes Assist with inventory reconciliation (under Operations Manager oversight) Help train new team members Participate in trunk shows and marketing events Manage trial contact lenses inventory What We're Looking For 3+ years optical experience required Strong sales background Boutique/independent optical experience preferred ABO license preferred (not required) Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Compensation $20
