- Display a warm and friendly greeting to the patients in order to make a great first impression.
- Anticipate needs of the patients as well as fellow team members and be willing to lend a hand
- Cheerfully assist patients in choosing their eyewear based upon their prescription and lifestyle needs
- Record and maintain patient records / files in compliance with company, federal, and state policies (HIPAA)
- Properly adjust and fit eyewear
- Performs other duties within the store as requested and as time allows
