- Bilingual (especially Spanish speaking) is preferred but not required Sales or Quality Customer Service experience is given preference. Eyecare or Optical experience is preferred and will be given priority, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their prescription and style preferences
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage
- Process orders for lenses and frames
- Maintain inventory of eyewear and optical supplies Experience
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in an optical setting, is preferred
- Knowledge of optical products and services
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care
- Proficiency in using optical equipment for measurements and fittings
- Strong sales skills to recommend appropriate eyewear based on patient needs
