What You'll Be Doing This is a cross-trained role — you won't be stuck doing the same thing all day: Help patients choose frames and recommend lenses (we'll teach you how) Deliver a smooth, high-end experience from check-in to checkout Perform pre-testing before the doctor exam Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the day running on time Stay organized and help maintain an efficient clinic flow What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow: Reliable and punctual — your team depends on you Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence Comfortable talking to patients and making recommendations Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proactive and willing to take initiative Positive, team-first attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) huge plus Experience Optical or eyewear sales Medical office / receptionist / technician Retail or sales background Compensation & Growth $17-$21/hour + performance-based bonuses Employee eyewear discounts + vision benefits Ongoing training and growth opportunities Top performers will have opportunities to grow within the practice.
