• POSITION IS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE, CALL THE OFFICE FOR A FAST REPLY

• Optometrist office is growing very fast and seeking a Fun and hard working person to join the team.

We are looking for a candidate that is Upbeat, Personable, has a solid understanding of customer service, is friendly, polished, hard working and has a strong desire for helping people. Previous experience with optometry office and insurance verification is a MUST . Bilingual Spanish speaking is a +. Be willing to be able to cross train. (Some Reception) Must have experience working at an optometrist and optical sales for at least 6-9 moths.

Rsponsibilities:

• Be able to sell / fit glasses to patients. (Must be knowledgeable of materials and frames. Also know the difference between bifocals and progressives.)
• Answer phones,
• Check in/out patients
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments,
• Verify Insurance
• Experience is a +
• Have knowledge of understanding Vision/Medical Insurances
• Have knowledge of frames selection, lenses materials and lens options. (Progressives, bifocals, Anti-Glare...)
• Prepare patients for eye examinations

• Strong Customer Service Experience A MUST.
• Communicate and work effectively as a team member
• Exhibit maturity, reliability, composure
• Understand and abide by a high standard of professional ethics.
• Begin assignments without prompting, MUST be organized and prioritize work.
• Report to scheduled work shifts in a dependable and timely fashion.

Position is Full time or Part time. We are closed Sundays and you will have one day off during the week. Must also be available to work every

SATURDAY.
