This position is focused on optical sales, eyewear dispensing, inventory management, and order coordination. Are you bilingual in both Spanish and English? Join Our Team at Valley Vision We're looking for an organized, customer-focused team member who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their work. This is much more than a front desk position. You'll play a key role in helping patients choose eyewear they love while ensuring every order is accurate from start to finish. If you enjoy sales, problem-solving, and creating an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, prescription, and budget. Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and upgrades. Verify completed eyewear for quality and accuracy before delivery. Receive, organize, and maintain optical inventory. Track and follow up on lab orders to ensure patients receive their eyewear on time. Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Perform frame adjustments, minor repairs, and fittings. Maintain accurate documentation and complete tasks with attention to detail. Work closely with doctors and teammates to ensure a smooth patient experience.
