We're looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our optical team as an Optician I—no experience required, just a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn!
What You'll Be Doing:
Help patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style Offer honest, thoughtful advice on frames and lenses to ensure satisfaction Meet sales goals while delivering personalized, high-quality service Maintain and organize eyewear inventory for a fresh and exciting selection Perform adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and fit Collaborate with doctors to clarify prescriptions and support patient care
What We're Looking For:
Optical experience is great, but not required—we'll train you! Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in the optical field Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and office priorities Professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable personality

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
Pay:
$17-21/hour Full benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k + match & so much more!
