What You'll Do Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, build connections with patients Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs Maintain optical inventory and displays Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care Cross-train in other departments for career growth What We're Looking For 2+ years of optical experience is required (customer service or sales experience preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-player mindset Coachable and eager to learn Professional, friendly and dependable Why You'll Love It Here No weekends!!
