Optician Location:

Gillette Optometric Clinic - 609 4-J Court, Gillette, WY Gillette Optometric Clinic is looking for a full-time Optical Assistant / Optician to join our friendly, patient-focused team. If you're passionate about helping people and enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced setting, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Help patients select frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and style Educate patients about lens options, coatings, and eyewear care Place and manage eyewear orders Perform adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs Support doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient care Keep the optical area clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

Previous optical or retail experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train the right person!) Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent required
