Join a busy, well-established private practice offering outstanding earning potential, flexible scheduling, and a streamlined clinical workflow. This opportunity is ideal for an OD looking for strong daily compensation, modern technology, and the option to expand into dry eye treatments with paid training.
Location Primary location:
Moreno Valley / Riverside, CA The practice is conveniently located on the border of Moreno Valley and Riverside and serves a steady, established patient base. Schedule Full-time preferred (4-5 days per week), with part-time opportunities available.
Office hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM One-hour lunch The practice is flexible and can accommodate a variety of schedules, including: Tuesday-Saturday (preferred) Monday-Friday Sunday-Thursday Consistent 2-3 day part-time schedules Patient Care Approximately 10-15 patients per day (up to 18 on busier days) Primarily comprehensive eye exams Single-doctor practice Dry eye procedures available (OptiLight & OptiPlus) The office utilizes a highly efficient workflow with automated pre-testing and integrated technology that minimizes manual charting and streamlines patient care. Training for OptiLight and OptiPlus is provided, and participation is completely optional. Technology The practice utilizes modern diagnostic technology including: Automated pre-testing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Integrated digital phoropter Retinal imaging Patient data flows directly into the EMR and phoropter, creating a smooth and efficient examination process. Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Base pay: $600 per day Typical earnings: $650-$700+ per day +$50/day when seeing 15+ patients +$10 per retinal image +$50 per OptiLight or OptiPlus treatment Employment Options W-2 or 1099 available Benefits available for W-2 providers after an established employment period What Makes This Unique Typical earnings of $650-$700+ per day Only 10-15 patients per day Flexible scheduling Modern automated workflow Established patient base Opportunity to learn advanced dry eye treatments with paid training Great fit for an OD seeking long-term stability and strong earning potential Requirements Active California Optometry License New graduates and experienced ODs are welcome to apply Comfortable working independently in a streamlined, technology-driven practice
