This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced doctor who enjoys practicing medical optometry alongside ophthalmologists while utilizing advanced diagnostic technology in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The practice is seeking an optometrist with a strong clinical background and experience in comprehensive eye care, refractive services, and contact lens management. Residency training is preferred, and candidates should have at least two years of clinical experience following graduation. The incoming optometrist will provide comprehensive eye examinations, refractive services, contact lens fittings, and post-operative care while collaborating closely with the ophthalmology team. Providers will also educate patients on available treatment options, including dry eye management, cataract surgery, LASIK, glaucoma care, and aesthetic services, helping ensure continuity of care throughout the patient experience. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, the optometrist will play an active role in supporting the clinical team through mentorship and education, assisting with the training of technicians in areas such as refraction, retinoscopy, tonometry, contact lens care, and other clinical skills that contribute to an efficient patient flow. This position offers an excellent balance of clinical autonomy and collaboration, making it ideal for an optometrist who enjoys practicing full-scope medical optometry within a respected ophthalmology setting.
