Patients:

Enjoy 30-minute exam slots and one hour of dedicated charting time distributed throughout your day. We prioritize clinical accuracy and patient connection over "turning over chairs."

Advanced Diagnostic Suite:

Practice at the top of your license with a Solix OCT (Angiography & Topography), Optomap, Zeiss Visual Field III, and Fundus Camera.

Efficient Workflow:

Our two pretest rooms are fully equipped with Nidek Autorefractors, Reichert ORA Tonometers, Visionix Auto Lensometers, Olleyes Virtual Reality Field and Humphrey FDT to ensure a seamless start to every exam.

Mentorship Opportunities:

While not required, you have the opportunity to learn Scleral Lens fittings and Vision Therapy from our experienced doctors.

Requirements Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. Minimum California TPG certification. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative "team-first" mindset. A commitment to providing the 5-star experience our patients expect. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Day Rate based on experience: $450-$700 per day Matching 401(k): Available for employees working 2.5+ days/week.
