Job Description
Optometrist (OD) — 3-4 Days/Week + Path to Ownership (Buy-Out Opportunity) An established, independent optometric practice in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a warm, patient-centered Optometrist to join our team 3-4 days per week —with a clear opportunity to buy out the independent doctor side of the business. We're a family-oriented practice that's proud to serve our community, including the many military members, veterans, and families who call Colorado Springs home. What you'll do Provide comprehensive eye exams and prescribe glasses/contact lenses Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within scope of practice Coordinate referrals/co-management as appropriate Partner with an experienced optical team to deliver an excellent patient experience Schedule & Compensation 3-4 days per week (consistent schedule) $500-$600 per day (based on experience) 1099 independent contractor Ownership opportunity Structured pathway to ownership / buy-out of the established, independent doctor practice Target buy-out timeline: 12-24 months (flexible based on fit and mutual goals) Terms to be discussed confidentially with the right candidate What we're looking for OD degree and active/eligible licensure in Colorado Strong clinical judgment with a calm, friendly chairside manner Clear communication and a team-first mindset How to apply: Send your CV and a brief note of interest to martinvision@syatech.com and CC professional@impressiveeyesoptical.com.
