POSITION OVERVIEW
Full-scope medical optometry position within a concierge-style private practice Diagnose and manage ocular disease while providing comprehensive eye care Average patient volume of 15-18 patients daily Supported by a dedicated ophthalmic technician and virtual scribe Focus on quality patient care rather than high-volume production Opportunity to practice advanced medical optometry in a highly desirable coastal community
COMPENSATION
Base Salary Starting At $140,000 Production Bonus Structure Total Earning Potential Up To $200,000+ Florida Licensing Fees Paid
SCHEDULE
Four-Day Work Week Tuesday-Friday Schedule 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Approximately 28 Hours Per Week No Weekends Off Saturday, Sunday, And Monday ROLE Conduct comprehensive eye examinations Diagnose and manage glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans Educate patients on eye health and disease prevention Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
