We are looking for a dedicated Optometrist to join our team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis. Tired of the corporate optical grind or high-turnover medical mills? Join our Private Practice in beautiful Inlet Beach, FL, where we prioritize patient-centered vision care without sacrificing your personal life. We offer a flexible schedule, top-tier compensation, and a highly supportive, collaborative team environment.
What We Offer:
Sign-On Bonus:
$20,000 to help welcome you to the team!
Pay:
$150,000
  • $200,000 | year + Performance Bonuses & Full Benefits (Salary and sign-on bonus prorated for part-time candidates).
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 9:30 am
  • 5 pm (No nights, no weekends!
)

Fully open to both Full-Time (4 day work week) and Part-Time candidates—we will customize the schedule to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry. Eligible for or currently holding an active Florida Optometrist License.
