Job Description
S mall Optometry practice with two doctors and two locations in need of a front desk receptionist. Looking for someone with a warm personality to welcome our patients and keep our days flowing smoothly. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients for check-in Taking phone calls for appointments Scanning insurance cards Accurate data entry of insurance and demographic information Ordering contact lenses for patients Keeping track of rebate information for contact lenses Coordinating referrals Taking payments and posting them to patient accounts Verifying vision insurance plans for coverage Completing check-out and filing vision plans once exams completed Light cleaning of work area and entryway like dusting, Swiffer, etc. Previous experience in eye care and RevolutionEHR software a big plus, but not required.
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
