Optometrist Optometrist needed in Houlton, ME. Titan Placement Group invites you to explore this opportunity in Houlton, ME. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Federally Qualified Health Center. Salary and Benefits The pay for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 (based on years of experience) Fiscal year bonus based on productivity

hours of paid vacation in first year and 160 hours each year after Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year 10 paid holidays CME Time Off 1 week of time toward and $2,500 annually Professional liability insurance through FTCA at no cost to employee Relocation Assistance Available Responsibilities 4 Day Work Week 100% Outpatient Patients of All Ages Per Day Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR Perform vision tests, analyze results and develop a treatment plan. Examine eyes using observation, instruments and pharmaceutical agents, to determine visual acuity and perception, focus and coordination and to diagnose diseases and other abnormalities such as glaucoma or color blindness. Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications. Prescribe therapeutic procedures to correct or conserve vision. Provide pre and postoperative care to patients undergoing eye surgery, for example, examining a patient s eyes the day after surgery. Work closed with primary care providers in the provision of team delivery of healthcare. Maintain accurate, timely and quality health records. Participate in all quality measures as required.
