Optometrist Opportunity | $200K Guaranteed + Production | Albuquerque, NM An established private optometry practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a doctor looking for a $200,000 guaranteed salary, significant production upside, advanced clinical technology, and the opportunity to develop within a highly respected private practice. The practice provides comprehensive primary eye care alongside a strong specialty focus, including specialty contact lenses, myopia management, vision therapy, and pediatric eye care. While the majority of patients are adults seeking routine and comprehensive care, the incoming doctor will have the opportunity to develop their interests and incorporate specialty services into their practice. Providers are supported by an experienced clinical team that assists with pretesting and follow-up care, allowing the doctor to focus on diagnosis, treatment, and the overall patient experience. Doctors typically see approximately three patients per hour. The practice has invested extensively in diagnostic and specialty technology, including: OCT Pentacam Keratograph Corneal topography IOLMaster Optomap This technology supports both comprehensive eye care and the practice's specialty services, providing an excellent environment for an optometrist interested in practicing beyond routine refraction.
