Prior optometry experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Competitive benefits including: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2) Sign-on and relocation incentives Retention and productivity bonuses CME reimbursement and protected time off Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements What You'll Do Provide comprehensive eye examinations to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and general prescriptions Collaborate with a team of 8 physicians and support staff to deliver top-tier vision care Utilize electronic health records (ModMed on iPads) for documentation and patient tracking Support patient education on eye health and preventive care Perform and assist with ophthalmic procedures as appropriate Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and safety standards What You Need Active NV State Optometrist License and DEA certification (preferred) Prior experience in comprehensive eye care settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a prominent eye care organization in Henderson, NV, recognized for delivering exceptional clinical services.
