Bilingual Under the general supervision of optometrist, routes patients through practice Under the general supervision of optometrist, obtains chief complaint Under the direct supervision of optometrist, obtains medical histories - self/family Under the general supervision of optometrist, reviews and records medications Under the direct supervision of optometrist, explains, measures, and records color vision and depth perception Under the direct supervision of optometrist, explains and obtains auto refraction Under the direct supervision of optometrist, obtains and records Visual Acuities, refraction, cover test, and Visual Fields Under the direct supervision of optometrist, identifies and uses exam room equipment Under the general supervision of optometrist, identifies basic anatomy of the eye for proper recording Under the direct supervision of optometrist, performs pinhole acuity and Amsler Grid as determined by standards of care Under the direct supervision of optometrist, administers and records Extra Ocular Movement (EOM's), Near Point Convergence(NPC), Accommodation, and Pupil Testing Under the general supervision of optometrist, explains myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism Under the direct supervision of optometrist, uses lensometer to read single vision lenses, bifocal lenses, trifocal lenses, and progressives Under the direct supervision of optometrist, performs and explains topography, digital imaging, and tonometry Under the general supervision of optometrist, assists the doctor with administering Fluress Under the direct supervision of optometrist, determines and administers dilating drops Under the general supervision of optometrist, scribes for doctor Under the direct supervision of optometrist, documents assessment and plan of patient's care Under the general supervision of optometrist, explains punctual plugs, LASIK, Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT), and other procedures to patients
