The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality eye care and improving patients' vision and overall eye health. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect any ocular abnormalities
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
• Provide pre
• and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
• Educate patients on proper eye care practices and the importance of regular eye exams
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively Qualifications
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid state optometry license
• Strong knowledge of optical principles, medical coding, and medical terminology
• Experience in pediatric optometry is a plus
• Proficient in conducting vital signs assessments and using aseptic techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
• Understanding of ocular anatomy and diseases
• Ability to engage in succession planning for patient care continuity
