We are seeking a licensed Optometrist to join our established and well-run optometry practice in Santa Maria, CA. This is a part-time opportunity with availability any days of the week, with a hybrid model option for the right candidate.

Schedule Options:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. Hybrid model available if preferred (in-person and remote).

In-Person Responsibilities:

Comprehensive eye exams Contact lens fittings and follow-ups Diagnosis and management of ocular disease Collaboration with trained staff for seamless patient care Tele-Optometry Responsibilities (Hybrid Day): Remote patient care consistent with CA scope and regulations Chart review, follow-ups, and telehealth visits as applicable Structured systems and support provided

Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) Active California optometry license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset Comfortable with technology (EHR and telehealth platforms)
