Destination Eyecare is seeking a licensed optometrist for a part-time associate position, approximately 2-3 days per week , serving patients from Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City. We are a locally owned, independent practice with a straightforward philosophy: do the right thing for the patient. Part-time weekday schedule:

16-24 hours per week within our Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. office hours.

No evenings or weekends:

Independent ownership:

Work directly with an optometrist owner who understands clinical practice.

Zeiss Clarus ultra-widefield imaging, Optovue OCT, corneal topography and meibography, automated visual fields, and digital phoropters.

Provide routine vision care and medical eye care, with technology that supports informed clinical decisions.

Boutique optical:

Help patients complete their care with thoughtfully selected eyewear and personalized optician service. Who We're Looking For An optometrist with an active Tennessee license who is comfortable providing comprehensive eye care independently, communicates clearly with patients, and works well with the team.
