We're looking for an Optometrist who's excited to pair strong clinical skills with a genuine interest in innovation — someone who wants a hand in shaping how technology, digital tools, and smarter patient engagement change the way optometric care is delivered. In this role, you'll join a team, of OD's delivering full-scope optometric care while also helping refine the operational systems and tools that keep the practice running efficiently and the patient experience personal. The clinics and surgery center will rank among the most advanced in the region, featuring digital charting, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, and a layout built around both provider workflow and patient comfort. You'll be part of a team culture built on curiosity and collaboration, where providers are encouraged to bring ideas forward, pilot new tools, and continually push for better ways to deliver care. With our affiliated surgical center, patients experience a truly connected path through their ocular health journey — supported by close, ongoing communication between the optometry and surgical teams working as one unit on behalf of each patient. What You'll Be Doing Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular disease. Provide dry eye care, myopia management, and specialty contact lens services. Complete cataract and refractive surgery pre/post-op care. Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams. Help improve AI-enabled workflows, EMR tools, and patient engagement. About You Be able to do the job as described. OD degree with Texas license (or ability to obtain). Passion for technology and process improvement. Interest in surgical co-management and ocular disease treatment. Collaborative, patient-focused communicator.

Pay:

$145,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
