Job Description

Forest Creek Eye Center is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a full time, preferably 32-40 hrs/week, licensed Optometrist/Therapeutic Glaucoma specialist, with comprehensive clinical skills, to join our Optometric practice in Round Rock, Texas. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add another doctor to our team. Our preferred candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, technically sound, detailed-oriented and have excellent communication skills. In addition to performing comprehensive eye exams, the doctor will see a multitude of various eye conditions. Glaucoma certification is required as well as experience in post-operative care. The doctor will be expected to perform complex contact lens fittings such as dailies, gas permeable and potentially scleral lenses. Forest Creek is a comprehensive eye care facility with state of the art diagnostic equipment such as our Zeiss Humphrey Visual Field, OCT and Retinal Camera. Our office EMR is CrystalPM. We have six complete exam lanes, with room for more, and an incredible staff to assist in work ups and coordination of care. We also have an in-house finishing lab and a beautiful optical complete with numerous high end frame lines. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
