We operate an established independent group practice focused on ocular disease management and specialty care. The position offers a reliable Monday through Friday schedule with complete clinical autonomy. Your Role:

Perform routine, comprehensive vision examinations and manage ocular diseases. Consult with patients to provide personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with the team to maintain our high standard of patient care. Build and manage your own clinical specialty area within the practice.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school. Active and valid license to practice optometry in the state of Texas. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Motivated, self-starter who values clinical independence and professional growth.
