Matrix Providers is seeking qualified Optometrist to join our provider network as an Independent Contractor for disability exams medicine disability exams.
Work Setting:
Per diem opportunities are availableQualifications:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) An active and unrestricted license Updated resume with minimum 2 years of clinical experience Medical License (Required)Compensation:
