Job Description

Family Law Attorney - San Antonio Yusuf Ross Law ( https://yrlawoffice.com/ ) is seeking an experienced family law attorney to join its growing team and manage a caseload with guidance and mentorship as needed. The ideal candidate should be skilled in case analysis, strategy development, and oral and written advocacy. The position also includes the chance to help shape the future of family law through legislative engagement and for leadership, writing, and speaking opportunities. Responsibilities Attend/conduct consultations, client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials. Manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. Lead all aspects of pretrial practice, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice. Lead trial preparation, including developing trial strategy, selecting exhibits, preparing witnesses and examinations, written and oral advocacy. Qualifications Active Texas bar membership in good standing. Working knowledge of the Texas Family Code Experience in contested family law litigation, including evidentiary hearings and trials. Excellent written and oral advocacy; organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Ability to manage a docket and collaborate within a team environment. A portable book of business is a plus. Full-time, also open to alternative arrangements (partnership, of counsel, etc.), depending on experience and any portable business. Primarily in office, Monday through Friday.
