Job Description
Blue Oak Counseling Services, Inc., an outpatient mental health center in Chico, CA, seeks a part-time, in-person Associate Therapist to provide client-centered counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy under licensed supervision. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case consultations and trainings, and maintain accurate, ethical documentation. This position offers the opportunity to grow clinically while supporting community behavioral health in a mission-driven, supportive environment.
