2996666568-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hartford Healthcare seeks a Urogynecology Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our multidisciplinary women's health team. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders, perform in-office procedures, and coordinate pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with urogynecology surgeons. You will provide evidence-based care, patient education, and contribute to quality initiatives. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urogynecologic evaluation and management for women with pelvic floor disorders Perform in-office procedures, pessary fittings, and support pre- and post-operative care Collaborate closely with urogynecology physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals Conduct patient education on treatment options, lifestyle modification, and postoperative care Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging; formulate evidence-based treatment plans Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record and ensure continuity of care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary case conferences Precept, mentor, or educate staff and learners as appropriate Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and infection control standards Required Skills Urogynecologic assessment and management In-office urogynecology procedures (e.g., pessary fitting) Pelvic floor disorder diagnostics and treatment planning Women's health and gynecologic examination Pre- and post-operative surgical management Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation Patient counseling and education Interpretation of urogynecologic imaging and testing Care coordination in multidisciplinary teams Quality improvement and evidence-based practice
