In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of pelvic floor disorders, support surgical and non-surgical treatment plans, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff, utilize advanced EMR and diagnostic tools, and contribute to quality improvement. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urogynecology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of pelvic floor disorders Perform pelvic exams, pessary fittings, and minor in-office procedures under physician collaboration Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and pre/post-operative care Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging, adjusting care plans accordingly Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and preventive care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and practice development initiatives Support patient access through timely follow-ups, messaging, and coordination of services Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship within the Hartford Healthcare system Required Skills Urogynecology clinical assessment and management Pelvic floor disorder diagnostics and treatment planning Pelvic examinations and pessary management Pre- and post-operative patient management Interpretation of imaging and urodynamic studies Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation (e.g., Epic) Patient education and counseling in women's health Interdisciplinary care coordination Evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines application Quality improvement and outcomes measurement
