Work Schedule:

Full-time, 100% FTE day shift. This position is located at UW Health University Station Clinic and UW Health E Terrace Drive Medical Center in Madison, WI. We are seeking an Orthoptist to: Conduct clinical evaluations and testing and develop treatment plans for infant, pediatric and adult patients. Provide quality care in a compassion ate and patient-family centered environment. Promote healthy life styles, wellness and education. • Required Completed an accredited Orthoptist program
• Preferred Work Experience Completion of an orthoptist program
• Required 1 year experience as a Certificated Orthoptist
