If you have orthotic, prosthetic, or DME fitting experience and enjoy helping patients improve mobility and comfort, we want to talk to you.
Compensation and Benefits:
Sign-on Bonus:
$2,500.00 - $5,000.00 Hourly pay: $43.55 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Federal Holidays PTO Rapid onboarding
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Measure, fit, and adjust DME devices including braces, supports, compression garments, and mobility equipment Fit and adjust prosthetic components, sockets, suspension systems, and alignment as appropriate Educate patients on device use, care, and safety Document all fittings, adjustments, and follow‑up interactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols Communicate professionally with patients, clinicians, and internal staff Troubleshoot comfort, alignment, and functional issues Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean work environment Travel to patient locations or partner facilities as required
Required Qualifications:
Experience fitting DME devices or prosthetic components The Registered/Certified Fitter shall be certified with the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics (ABC), the Board for Certification/Accreditation, International (BOC), or both. Further, the Fitter shall have completed an ABC/BOC-approved training/educational program and shall include a certificate of completion of this course with his/her resume. Knowledge of basic anatomy, sizing, and device adjustment Strong patient‑care communication skills Ability to accurately document services and follow structured workflows Valid driver's license (if travel is required) Ability to pass background screening and compliance checks #IND1
