• Upper Extremity Prosthetics
• General Orthotics
• Minimal spinal orthotics
• Diverse patient demographicsPatient Volume
• Approximately 6-10 patients per day
• Around 45-50 patient appointments per weekSchedule
• Monday-Friday

Office Hours:

8:00 AM

• 4:00 PM
• Clinicians typically arrive by 7:45 AM
• Average work week: Approximately 45 hours
• No mandatory weekends
• No after-hours on-call responsibilities Travel Requirements
• Primary office located in LaVale, MD.
• Local travel to nearby hospitals and healthcare facilities is required.
• Travel to the main office is required for initial training and occasional meetings.
• Hotel accommodations are provided during training
• Mileage reimbursement is provided.
• No home health visits. Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities
• Evaluate, measure, cast, fit, adjust, and repair prosthetic and orthotic devices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician prescriptions and patient goals.
• Provide follow-up care, adjustments, repairs, and ongoing patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (as required).
• Current ABC Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience required.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a satellite office with virtual leadership support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with OPIE is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits
