Job Description

Miller Vein is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to help build and grow a comprehensive lymphedema program serving patients in the Grand Rapids and Holland areas of West Michigan. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on improving quality of life for patients suffering from swelling, lymphedema, lipedema, venous disease, and chronic lower extremity symptoms. Unlike many traditional healthcare environments, Miller Vein offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians in an innovative private practice setting without the bureaucracy and limitations often associated with large hospital systems. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, excited to help shape a growing program, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and related conditions Provide hands-on lymphedema therapy and patient education Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care Educate patients on long-term management strategies and prevention Stay current on advances in lymphedema treatment techniques and technology Travel between Miller Vein clinic locations in West Michigan, including Grand Rapids and Holland, to provide patient care Serve as an active member of the clinical team by assisting with additional clinic responsibilities and supporting overall patient flow and operations as needed Qualifications Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification from an accredited program Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or other qualifying healthcare professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support patients and coworkers Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care Why Miller Vein?
