What You'll Earn
Hourly Pay:
$19.46 - $23.93 (≈ $66K - $81K/year)
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $10,000 for CA candidates
Hard-to-Staff Bonus:
Up to 25 of base pay
Quarterly HTS Bonus:
2.44 each quarter (up to 20 annually)
Overtime & Double-Time:
Boost that bonus even higher

Your Role in the Sky
Deliver advanced assessments, therapies, and emergency care during air and ground transports
Document patient treatments and billing info with meticulous accuracy
Coordinate seamlessly with pilots, medical teams, and dispatch
Maintain peak readiness through ongoing training, equipment checks, and clinical rotations
What You Bring
Active Paramedic Certification in California
3+ years (5+ preferred) of 911/pre-hospital experience
Current
BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS
(NRP & instructor creds are a bonus)
FP-C certification within 24 months of hire
Flight or transport experience preferred
Ability to pass a functional capacity exam (lift up to 100 lbs), drug screen, and background check
Must meet safety-focused height/weight standards
