This role ensures timely, coordinated transitions of care for high‑acuity patients, supports EMS operational efficiency, and advances the organization's trauma, emergency, and specialty service capabilities. The position represents the trauma center within the EMS community, drives relationship‑based problem solving, and contributes to access, growth, and quality outcomes across the pre‑hospital and acute care continuum. Qualifications Graduate of accredited Paramedic Program Active Florida Paramedic license Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience with demonstaated expertise in community outreach, EMS coordination, or service line developement
