Assess patient conditions through thorough physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and detailed patient assessments. Manage airway patency, administer injections, medications, and perform venipuncture with precision and aseptic technique. Operate emergency vehicles safely while navigating city streets efficiently under urgent conditions. Perform trauma care procedures such as airway management, trauma medicine protocols, and neonatal resuscitation when necessary. Utilize medical equipment effectively for patient care, cardiovascular emergency response, and critical care transport scenarios. Experience Prior experience as an EMT or Paramedic in emergency medicine settings with exposure to hospital environments preferred. Demonstrated critical care experience including trauma medicine, trauma center experience (Level I or Level II), and hospital-based emergency room practice. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pediatric emergency care essential for accurate patient assessment and treatment. Proven ability in patient transport logistics including air and ground ambulance operations. Experience with DME (Durable Medical Equipment), incident command systems, and urgent care procedures highly desirable. Strong skills in vital signs monitoring, medical emergency response procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and city street navigation required to ensure swift and safe patient handling.
