Role:

As a full-time Paramedic in the United States, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical care and transportation to patients in urgent need. Your primary objective is to assess patient conditions rapidly, administer appropriate pre-hospital treatment, and ensure safe and timely transport to medical facilities. You will collaborate closely with other emergency responders, healthcare professionals, and dispatch teams to deliver high-quality care under often stressful and unpredictable circumstances. This role demands a strong commitment to patient safety, adherence to medical protocols, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Minimum Qualifications:

Valid and current Paramedic certification/license as required by the state of employment. Completion of an accredited Paramedic training program. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as per employer policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a high-volume emergency medical services (EMS) environment. Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Familiarity with electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills developed through prior patient-facing roles.
