Job Description
- WEEKEND
PREMIUM FLIGHT PARAMEDIC
$7,500 sign-on-bonus- Portland, IN Flight Base
- Rotates days/nights
- Job Summary
- The Paramedic
- Ambulance is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support for individuals of all age groups, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Essential Functions
- + Performs patient care tasks in a safe, effective, and competent manner, adhering to established standards of care and hospital policies.
- Qualifications
- + Technical School graduate of an accredited program in Paramedic Science with current state of employment license/certification required + 0-1 years of EMT-P experience required + 1-2 years of acute care hospital experience preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- + Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and advanced life support techniques.
- Licenses and Certifications
- + EMT
- Emergency Medical Tech Certification required or + PARAMEDIC
- Paramedic
- Licensed with State Registry/Board required + ACLS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required + PALS
